I wanted to shoot you a quick email to let you know how wonderful your movers were today. Unfortunately, our client decided (without telling us) that he was moving everything today. The plan we had been working with was that there would be two moves and it was going to a gradual event, but he changed his mind. While I know your guys wanted to express their true thoughts (as anyone would), they remained professional, friendly and kind. Both worked non-stop all day and could not have been more polite. We had no control over our client making a last minute change and we so appreciate how hard you all worked to get to Columbia as early as possible. I truly hope that you will pass along to both of the young men who worked tirelessly that we ALL appreciated their professionalism. They continued to smile after hours of work.
